permission for 1.Retention permission for (i) demolition of existing dwelling and associated outbuilding(s) (ii) construction of foundations for new dwelling and part commencement of new walls. 2. full permission for the (i) erection of a new two storey dwelling and detached domestic garage/outbuilding, previously granted as extension to existing dwelling (now demolished) under permission 24/60308 (ii) upgrade of existing WWTs (iii) use existing entrance onto public road and (iv) new landscaping and (v) all associated works
