permission for development comprising of the following: •Demolition of an existing two-storey derelict dwelling and associated single-storey garage, •Construction of 12 no. new dwellings to include: 1 no. two-bedroom, single-storey detached dwelling, -1 no. three-bedroom, two-storey detached dwelling, 2 no. two-bedroom, two-storey semi-detached dwellings, 8 no. three-bedroom, three-storey semi-detached dwellings •New vehicular entrance onto an existing public access together with a new pedestrian footpath •Connections to mains services including water, foul and storm, •Associated open space, landscaping & boundary treatments, •Together with all associated works
