Project scope

1. Amendments to the retail unit previously permitted under Planning Permissions Ref. 25/60356, comprising a reduction in gross floor area from 910sq.m to 890 sq.m. 2. Alterations to the existing elevation onto Sarsfield Street to provide new glazed entrance doors with glazed screening and proposed signage locations with all associated site works. It is noted that Nos. 134-135 O'Connell Street are a Protected Structure (RPS Ref. 3484 / NIAH Ref. 21513002). The proposed development is located within the later single-storey rear extension and does not include any works to the Protected Structure or its historic fabric
