Project scope

redevelopment of the existing Roxboro Petrol Filling Station consisting of: demolition of existing forecourt building(shop unit and offices) and storage shed/container; construction of a new replacement petrol filling station forecourt building measuring 254sqm to include shop/deli, staff facilities, offices and storage; provision of replacement brush wash slab and remote dispenser; relocation of waste compactors; bicycle and car parking; retention and enhancement of site boundaries and all associated site development and infrastructure works.
