Project scope

the material change of use from Retail to Restaurant use and subdivision of the existing Ground Floor Retail Unit no. 3/4 to form 2no. Restaurants, Unit no. 3 & Unit no.4 with internal sit-down dining areas. The proposed Restaurant Unit no. 3 will be accessed off the existing shopping centre Mall with an escape door to the existing shopfront to the Front East façade with internal alterations and external plant including an extract vent mounted on the shopping centre flat roof above the unit. The proposed Restaurant Unit no. 4 will be accessed off the existing shopfront on the Front East façade with the provision of a new entrance door and an existing escape door to the existing south façade with internal alterations and external plant including an extract vent mounted on the shopping centre flat roof above the unit.
