Project scope

a) The change of use of the ground floor of No. 1 The Crescent from commercial use to residential use; the basement, ground, first and second floors of No. 2 The Crescent from commercial use to residential use; and the basement, ground and first floors of No. 3 The Crescent from commercial use to residential use; and the first floor of the rear extension to No. 1 The Crescent (No. 1A Hartstonge Street) from residential use to office use, together with the refurbishment, reconfiguration and amalgamation of the existing residential accommodation within the three Protected Structures, resulting in the provision of 8 apartments. b) Refurbishment works, internal and external alterations and modifications to the existing buildings and associated site works, including reconfiguration of internal layouts, alterations to elevations, conservation and restoration works, demolition of rear extensions to No. 2 and No. 3 The Crescent and all ancillary and associated site development works. No. 1 The Crescent (RPS No. 3237; NIAH Ref. No. 21517201), No. 2 The Crescent (RPS No. 3238; NIAH Ref. No. 21517200) and No. 3 The Crescent (RPS No. 3239; NIAH Ref. No. 21517199) are Protected Structures and are located within the Architectural Conservation Area.
