Project scope

modifications to development previously granted planning permission under Reg. Ref. ABP-313124-22. The modifications for permission consist of development of 58 no. 2 bedroom apartment units, an increase of the overall apartment units within the subject apartment block from 42 no. apartments as permitted previously. The apartment block will remain as 4 no. storeys with an overall floor area of 5,495.2 m². Modifications to the permitted façade and internal floor plan layout including internal service facilities, an ESB substation room and internal bicycle and bin storage at ground floor level
