a) the subdivision of one existing dwelling house building and site area to create three dwelling houses, b) The forming of additional entrances off the right of way on the existing property to form new entrances to the proposed additional dwellings, c) The use of the existing Right of way as a means to access the proposed additional dwelling houses, d) Alterations to elevations to facilitate the subdivision of the building into three dwelling houses and e) associated site works and services for the development
