demolition of existing single storey rear extension, demolition of existing cottage roof and chimney’s, demolition of existing cottage first floor level, demolition of existing front porch roof, demolition of existing shed, demolition of existing garage roof. 2.proposed new cottage roof finish, proposed new front porch eaves and ridge levels, proposed new front porch roof finish, alterations to internal layout of existing cottage, existing cottage to be wrapped with new external insulation with render finish, alterations to existing front elevation windows and door, proposed new single storey rear extension with part flat roof, part pitched roof, proposed new roof lights, alterations to internal layout of existing garage, replace existing roadside gable end garage door with new window, proposed new roadside boundary walls, proposed new vehicle entrance with new walls and piers off the L1533 along with new waste water treatment system and all associated site development works
