Project scope

(a) change of use of development partly commenced and constructed under planning reference 04/2081 from retail units/builders providers to commercial storage facility on existing hardcore and concrete slabs (b) retain vehicular entrances onto public road L54921 consisting of double gates, sliding gate & fencing (c) retain weigh bridge & kiosk, storage shed, 3 no. storage containers, arched poly tunnel storage, portable wc & prefabricated office cabin (d) retain precast concrete steps linking upper and lower site and associated site works including embankment and surface water drainage together with Planning Permission for part of site to have multi-purpose use for machinery auctions and associated car parking, install new waste water treatment system and percolation area and associated site works
