Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

The development consists of the retention of the following unauthorized development from that permitted in P.01/659 and subsequent applications:1) 2 no. existing storage units; 2) Astro Pitch c/w associated perimeter fencing & extension of vehicular access route to same; 3) Ball stop posts & nets to main pitch. The development will consist of permission for 1) the proposed change of use of the First Floor of the existing Clubhouse from general storage to community use, along with associated alterations to facades to facilitate the installation of a proposed lift, stairs, external door & roof windows; 2) the proposed construction of a detached single storey building to the West of the existing Clubhouse comprising of a Community Gymnasium, Changing rooms & associated signage; 3) the proposed construction of a new Training Field c/w associated floodlighting, ball stop nets & posts; 4) the proposed reconstruction of former cottage for use as ancillary Storage; 5) the proposed construction of a grassed Nursery training area; 6) the proposed erection of 2 no. 20mx10m Padel Courts to the Western end of the existing carpark; 7) the proposed construction of a carparking area to the North East of the site; 8) the proposed construction of a Community Walkway; 9) the proposed erection of a digital scoreboard to serve the existing Playing Field; 10) the proposed erection of new floodlighting to existing Astro Pitch; 11) revised site boundaries from that permitted in P.01/659; and 12) associated site works & services.
