Project scope

We, Enda and Brenda Stenson, wish to apply for full planning permission for the following works: 1. The annexation of an existing single storey dwelling into 2 no. single storey self contained units. 2. To demolish an existing rear single storey porch and reconstruct the same. 3. Alterations to existing facades to include the replacement of all existing doors and windows and the replacement/repair of existing roof structures. 4. The demolition of 2 no. existing chimneys. 5. The creation of a new independent pedestrian entrance at the South East façade of the existing building. 6. The demolition of an existing shed and garage located to the South of the existing building. 7. The construction of a new vehicular parking area in place of the existing shed and garage, and all ancillary works. The works are located at Dublin Road, Townparks, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim, N41 YX31.
