Project scope

a) The Demolition of a partially complete, derelict annex structure abutting the east elevation of an existing food production unit. b) The construction of a Two-story Building of approximately 796m2 to the east of the existing food production unit which will consist of a food innovation training hub. c) Together with internal roads network, carparking, Bin Store, Gas tank enclosure and associated site lighting d) Construction of a secondary Pedestrian/ Cyclist access point to the south of the site to Tie into Existing Pedestrian Footpath. e) Erection of New signage to the front of the building and roadside at: along with connection to services and all associated site works at
