Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

a) existing dwelling house to be retained and refurbished with internal changes and partial demolition and extension b) demolition of 40.21 m2 derelict outbuilding c) 174.44 m2 of ground floor extension to the south-east elevation of the existing dwelling house. d) construction of pier gate entrance at the existing entrance to the site, e) adopting the existing vehicular access driveway to serve the house site, f) to upgrade the existing wastewater treatment system to current EPA Code of Practice with new proprietary septic tank and percolation area with polishing filter g) and all associated site works.
