Project scope

(a) Demolition of two rear extensions to the existing dwelling house; (b) Construction of new side and rear extensions to the existing dwelling house, to accommodate additional bedroom and kitchen / dining accommodation, together with a new first-floor gable window and roof windows to the rear of the dwelling; (c) Change of use of the existing granary building to habitable use, to provide a living room, together with planning permission for the construction of a new feature glazed section to the west elevation of the granary building; (d) Retention of a previously converted shed for use as an office, together with retention permission for an extension to the rear of this structure; (e) All associated site works and services; (f) Retention permission for wastewater treatment system
