Project scope

I, Bryan Cribbin, intend to apply for Permission for works to High Street, Ballinamore, Co. Leitrim, N41 EK85 as follows:(1) part demolition of Southwest rear return; (2) change of use from mixed office/ retail and residential use as ground floor pharmacy use (233sqm) with residential use overhead; (3) residential extension at first floor level to rear Southwestern elevation (9.1sqm); (4) 1 no. 1-bedroom apartment at first floor level (47.63 sqm) ;1 no. 1-bedroom apartment at second floor level (45.36 sqm); 1 no. 2-bedroom duplex apartment over first and second floor levels (69.70 sqm); (5) internal alterations to suit; (6) alterations to front elevation including new shop front; (7) external works include the provision of car parking and cycle spaces and service area to the rear and all necessary site works.
