To change the use of part of an existing single storey commercial unit into residential use, together with its renovation and provision of a single storey extension to the rear for same residential use; (2) To change the use of part of an existing single storey commercial unit into 3 no. short-term self-catering tourism apartments, together with its renovation and provision of a single storey extension to the side for same use; and (3) and all ancillary works. IN LIEU OF 1. Change the usage of the existing single storey commercial unit into domestic usage.2. Renovate the existing building and to construct a single storey domestic extension to the rear of the existing building and all ancillary works.
