Project scope

The proposed development consists of the demolition of an existing two-storey semi-detached dwelling and rear porch area at Quay Street, Drumsna, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim (Eircode N41 YX34), and the construction of a replacement 4-bedroom semi-detached dwelling on the same footprint. The proposal includes a two-storey rear extension, a loft dormer window on the rear roof slope, and a back garden soakaway for surface water management. The design reflects the previously approved scheme (Ref. P.23/60099) while upgrading the building to current standards and preserving the traditional character of Quay Street.
