Proposed alterations to provide for a change in dwelling design at access road 7 to provide for 8 No. four bedroom semi detached 2.5 storey dwellings, plus all associated site works at Ard Branagh, Heathfield, Kilminchy, Portlaoise, Co. Laois. The application is pursuant to a previously granted permissions reference 23/60534, 19/335 + 17/140 as extended by permission references 21/500 + 21/501. The existing roads, services, site entrance and landscaping as permitted are unaffected by the current proposal.
