construct a 2-bed two storey gate lodge, the provision of solar PV panels, changes to existing landscaping, new landscaping and paving, connection to existing sewer foul network and connection to proposed surface water network as per Planning Permission Ref. 2406408 (not yet built), SUDS to consist of rainwater harvesting butts, all associated site and other works which is within the curtilage of a Protected Structure (NIAH reference number – 12900723, Record of Protected Structures reference number – RPS 071).
