Project scope

develop the following at site 5A and 5B ,National business park , Togher, Portlaoise, Co. Laois, • Construction of an insulated construction systems manufacturing unit with associated office accommodation with separate storage unit with stock yard • Overall combined floor area is c. 6’344 sq.m. See following breakdown: • manufacturing unit is c. 4,588 sq.m • office space is c. 730 sq.m, • The height of the manufacturing building is 10.5 meters to its parapet. • Storage Unit of c.1026 sq.m with an overall height to parapet of 7 meters. • 2 access are proposed , one from the east (from existing roundabout spur), and the second from the South (new entrance). • Provision of no. 50 car parking spaces (comprising 3 no. accessible spaces, and 5 no. EV spaces), and 50 bicycle spaces to serve the proposed development. • All ancillary works including landscaping, boundary treatments, internal roadways, car parking, Stock yard and associated infrastructure both above and below ground level.
