Project scope

turn an existing 1 bed cottage into a 2 bed house, by refurbishing and extending the cottage and converting the adjoining farm buildings into residential accommodation. The existing cottage has an internal floor area of 55m² and the proposed house will have an internal floor area of 135m². The existing cottage front porch is to be removed and glazed patio doors added and the existing vehicular entrance is to be relocated closer to the cottage.
