construct a 38 Unit Housing Development consisting of 2 No. single storey detached houses, 2 No. single storey semi-detached houses, 10 No. two storey semi-detached houses, 12 No. two storey terraced houses and 2 No. three storey duplex and apartment buildings, each comprising of 4 No. two storey duplex units and 2 No. two bedroom apartments over, together with all associated site works and services. The proposed development will be accessed from the existing Lansdowne/Castlelea Estate and the proposed development will also include estate roads, footpaths, public open space, foul and surface water drainage, landscaping and all associated infrastructure works and services on 1.128ha. at Cooltederry, Portarlington, Co. Laois
