Project scope

to build a 38 Unit Housing Development consisting of 2 No. single storey detached houses, 2 No. single storey semi-detached houses, 10 No. two storey semi-detached houses, 12 No. two storey terraced houses and 2 No. three storey duplex and apartment buildings, each comprising of 4 No. two storey duplex units and 2 No. two bedroom apartments over, together with all associated site works and services. The proposed development will be accessed from the existing Lansdowne/Castlelea Estate and the proposed development will also include estate roads, footpaths, public open space, foul and surface water drainage, landscaping and all associated infrastructure works and services on 1.128ha
