Project scope

make variations to previous grants of planning permission number 14/369 & An Bord Pleanala no. 11.245208 with an Extension of Duration no. 20/518 and 22/692 and 23/63 at The Folkhouse Public House RPS 084, NIAH no. 12900706, consisting of:- i) deviations in finished floor and yard levels with split levels, ii) altered shape of portal frame building to avoid public sewer with the same floor area as granted and the removal the raised parapet and side sheeting to reduce visual impact, altered access doors to the side and rear and inclusion of a roller shutter door to rear, altered high level windows, added a fire door in the link between existing building and new Portal building iii) Electrical plant room and bin storage building, iv) extended back wall of existing building to accommodate an enlarged toilet block, and removal of portion of wall under valley due to excessive water damage v) raise flat roof over apartments to tie in with rear main roof due to raised ground floor level and all necessary site works
