Project scope

construct 43 no. housing units comprised of: - 4 no. two-storey/two bedroom/end-of-terrace dormer bungalows - 5 no. two-storey/two-bedroom/mid-terrace dormer bungalows - 2 no. two-storey/three-bedroom/end-of-terrace dwellings - 2 no. two-storey/two-bedroom/mid-terrace dwellings - 24 no. two-storey/three-bedroom/semi-detached dwellings - 6 no. two-storey/four-bedroom/semi-detached dwellings Permission is also sought for the removal of a section of the existing boundary screen wall, creation of a new entrance road, vehicular + pedestrian entrances and related footpaths onto Grange Hall, together with the installation of all necessary and associated site works, to include watermain, foul and surface water networks, 1 No. foul pump station, and all other necessary infrastructure, landscape and associated site works related to the development. Please note that a Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and submitted with this application.
