Project scope

Construct 46 no houses comprising of; 40 no semi-detached 3 bedroom houses and 6 no detached 3 bedroom bungalows. new vehicular and pedestrian entrance, internal access roads, footpaths, communal open spaces, connection to foul and stormwater mains, connection to watermains, provision of a Pumping station, associated boundary treatment and landscaping. Full planning permission to fill the existing quarry and to include the importation of inert soil and stones (EWC class 17 05 04). The said fill quarry will act as additional recreational area for the enjoyment of the proposed housing development and associated site work
