sub divide and alter boundaries to site of existing dwelling. This dwelling was previously granted planning ref. 96 / 484. Septic tank and percolation area for existing dwelling to be decommissioned. New waste water treatment system for existing dwelling to be put in place. Current entrance to be altered to form a duel format style which will provide a shared enlarged entrance for existing dwelling and proposed new site / dwelling. Full planning permission sought to construct a dwelling house, proposed wastewater treatment system, percolation area, connection to public water mains and associated site works at Vicarstown, Stradbally, Co Laois.
