Project scope

(a)Remove existing steps and associated stone plinth and railings to accommodate new ramp and steps. (b)Construct a new external TGD Part M compliant accessible ramp, steps and handrail and reinstatement of existing stone plinth and railings to match existing. (c)Remove existing external ATM device to accommodate new ramp. (d)Installation of new external ATM device and raising of existing internal floor level to accommodate external accessibility level of new ATM. And all associated ancillary site works. This building is a protected structure (NBHS ref no. 12900711 and RPS ref no. 065) and is within an architectural conservation area
