for (a) Retention Permission for Material Alterations comprising of internal and external alterations and associated site works (b) Planning Permission for a Change of Use of the existing commercial premises to hostel accommodation comprising of (1) part of the Ground Floor level of No.49 and the First Floor level of No.49 (2) the Ground & First floor levels of No.50 (3) part of the Ground Floor level of No. 51 (4) the First floor level over commercial units 51/52 (Kilkenny Shopping Mall) and all associated site works at No’s 49, 50, 51 and 52 John Street Upper, Kilkenny.
