Project scope

permission for the following development at Bolton, Callan, Co. Kilkenny.. The proposed development will comprise of: -Demolition of 3 No. partially constructed 2-storey houses and existing houses bases, -Construction of 97 No. residential units including 66 No. three-bedroom 2-storey houses, 15 No. two-bedroom 2-storey houses, and 16 No. one bedroom own-door apartments in 4 No. two-storey buildings, -Construction of a single storey creche building with associated car parking (13 car park spaces), -Construction of 2 No. communal bin & bike store buildings, -Provision of 146 on-curtilage car parking spaces and 39 on-street car parking spaces to a total of 185 car parking spaces, -Completion of existing road network and underground services as previously commenced under planning reference 06/405 (now expired), -Provision of vehicular and pedestrian entrance from the neighbouring Roselawn estate at the location previously designated under planning reference 06/405 (now expired), -Provision of a construction access from the R698, and -All other ancillary site development works to facilitate construction, site services & piped infrastructure, public lighting, boundary treatments, and hard and soft landscaping.
