Change of use and conversion

Project scope

consists of (i) the conversion of the attic to provide 102sqm gross floor area of habitable space; (ii) the inclusion of four roof lights on the rear slope of the existing hipped roof; (iii) the provision of a single storey hipped roof conservatory of 19sqm gross floor area to the west of the existing house and connecting to the existing dining room; (iv) the provision of a single storey porch of 4.1sqm gross floor area with hipped roof to the front of the existing house; (v) the replacement of existing kitchen window on the west elevation of the existing house with double doors; (vi) alterations to the previously approved garage to replace the single 3.35m wide roller shutter door with two 2.48m wide roller shutters doors to the front, and the provision of a new window to the rear.
