Project scope

will consist of the following: • Construction of 32 no. residential units, consisting of 14 no. semi-detached 2 storey houses (14 no. 3-bedroom houses) and 18 no. apartments (6 no. 1-bedroom apartments and 12 no. 2-bedroom apartments) in 3 no. 2 storey blocks; • Provision of a new vehicular and pedestrian access from Geraldine Road; • Provision of a foul pumping station; • Provision of 39 no. car parking spaces and 53 no. bicycle parking spaces; • Provision of public and communal open space and landscaping; • The proposed development includes foul and surface water drainage, public and communal open space, landscaping, boundary treatments, footpaths, internal roads, public lighting, bin stores and all associated site development works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared for the development and accompanies the planning application.
