Project scope

for the existing house location and finished floor level on site to that previously approved under Planning File Ref No. 98/1089. Planning Permission for a single storey extension to the Side (north) Elevation, Rear (west) Elevation and Side (south) Elevation and new entrance porch to the Front ( east) Elevation and the insertion of new windows to the existing bungalow garage / store for domestic use, the decommissioning of the existing septic tank and the installation of a proprietary wastewater treatment system with polishing filter percolation area, and the closing up of the unauthorised entrance piers and gateway into the existing house with the upgrading of the existing agricultural field gateway to a new combined vehicular recessed entrance and access driveway to serve the dwelling and all associated site works.
