Project scope

(a) the provision of a car sales display area for 34 No. Cars within an existing hardstanding and serviced area, together with the change of use of an existing single storey storage building of 15 m2 to use as a car sales office with toilet facilities; (b) the provision of a staffed car wash and vehicle valeting area, including the construction of a canopy structure for valeting purposes and the change of use of an existing single storey storage building 18 m2 to use as a staff room; (c) associated landscaping works, signage, drainage, services and all ancillary site development works
