Project scope

(A) Temporary Retention for a period of 1 year sought for the existing mobile home on site, (B) Planning Permission for the subdivision of the existing house to form a family flat with an internal link, (C) Alterations to the existing main house internal room layout on the ground floor and Planning Permission for a single storey extension to the Side (south west) Elevation forming a new Kitchen, Dining/ Living area and a new entrance doorway to the Front (south east Elevation), (D) Planning Permission for a storey and a half type extension to the Front (south east) Elevation consisting of an extension and alterations to the first floor layout, (E) Alterations to the existing window fenestration on all elevations and (F) the installation of a new percolation area in compliance with the EPA code 2021 guidelines
