i) Proposed demolition of a) 4 number, existing single storey sheds to the rear of the site, and b) the existing front boundary wall onto Limerick Road. ii) Construction of a new front boundary wall to facilitate a) widened vehicular entrance to the development b) new vehicular entrance and 1 number associated parking space to the front of the existing house, and c) pedestrian access from Limerick Road to the development. iii) Provision of a new boundary wall to the rear of the existing house enclosing the garden iv) Construction of 5 number, 1-storey, 1 bedroom assisted living residential units with rear gardens and dormer windows to the front, arranged in 2 number blocks, located to the rear of the existing 2-storey house and orientated east-west. v) Provision of 6 number car parking spaces (including 1 number wheelchair accessible space) vi) Boundary treatments; vii) landscaping, SUDs drainage and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
