(1) a change of use from a retail unit with residential space over to a single residence including the conservation-led refurbishment of the original building (2) repair and renewal of the existing street facing plaster facade and rain water goods (3) installation of new heritage timber sliding sash windows to the front facade (4) demolition of existing shop front and reinstatement of the ground floor front wall including the installation of a heritage shop front entablature, residential entrance door and triple sliding sash window (5) removal of existing man-made roof slates and replacement with natural slate to the front and rear of the original building (6) installation of a small box dormer to the rear roof of the original building to facilitate increased head height over the existing attic stairs (7) installation of two side by side skylights to the rear roof of the original building (8) demolish all existing single storey extensions of varying roof types and heights to the rear (9) demolish the existing rear boundary wall and rebuild of same to facilitate new vehicular access to off street parking with a garage door and a pedestrian access door to the rear (10) build a new single storey flat roof extension to the rear incorporating an interior open courtyard for light and ventilation and all associated site works
