The development will consist of alterations to the previously granted planning permission ref. no. 22/1002 for the conversion of the existing 2 no. mixed use units into a single occupancy restaurant which is a protected structure (RPS ref.: TTP98 and NIAH Ref. No. 21003350) and adjoins and is within the curtilage of a former Warehouse Building which is also a protected structure (RPS ref.: TTP 99 and NIAH Ref. No. 21003352). The alterations to the previously granted application include: i) an altered layout and reduction in proposed floor area which includes the removal of the previously proposed orangerie and fire escape stairs; ii) alterations to the proposed external envelope to include a revised front façade and shop front and provision of new fire escape exit on the northern elevation onto Market Place; iii) the reconstruction of the western wall facing onto the courtyard with associated alterations to the lean to roof section to the rear (west) of the building; (iv) the demolition and reinstatement of the existing single storey annex to the south of the building; and (v) all ancillary site development works
