(a) change the use of the existing permitted garage area to use as bedrooms and bathroom which are to be used as part of the existing dwelling house, (b) change the use of the existing covered car port area to use as a lobby and mud room which are to be used as part of the existing dwelling house, (c) make alterations to the existing car port area to include the construction of a wall and door to the rear, construct internal walls and install a door and window unit to the front, (d) construct a new car port to the side of the dwelling house, (e) revise the design of the proposed new mechanical wastewater treatment unit, tertiary module and percolation bed from that granted planning permission under planning reg. no. 26/60206 and all other associated works
