Project scope

Planning Permission is sought by Laura & Peter Mulvaney for the following works: (i) Demolition of existing ground floor sun room extension (11.5m2 in area) & rear/side chimney stack at roof level (ii) Construction of a new part single storey part two storey extension (106m2 in area) to the rear of existing dwelling with flat roofs & rooflights (iii) Construction of a new flat roof attic dormer and installation of a velux rooflight to the side elevation of existing main pitched roof (iv) Construction of new single storey porch extension to the front elevation with flat roof (1m2 in area) (v) Alterations to existing front & rear elevations to include enlargement of windows at attic level (vi) Widening of existing vehicular entrance onto Clontarf Road (vii) Construction of a new single storey ancillary garden room / gym (32.5m2 in area) with flat roof in the rear garden (viii) all associated site, landscaping & drainage works necessary to facilitate the development all at 404 Clontarf Road, Clontarf, D03 W016
