Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

The development will consist of the renovation and extension of existing 2-storey semi-detached house to include (i) demolition of single-storey rear extension, (ii) construction of a new single-storey part-pitched roof, part-flat extension to rear with rooflights (iii) conversion of existing garage and modifications to existing garage doors to front (iv) demolition of chimneystack to rear, new rooflight to side, external insulation to rear and internal modifications to the existing house, (v) landscaping works to the rear and associated site works.
