The proposed development will principally consist of: the demolition of the existing single-storey service garage structure and attached shed (43 sq m); and the construction of a replacement car service garage building (206 sq m) ranging in height from 1 No. to 2 No. storeys. The development will also provide roof lights, an automatic roller shutter door to the east elevation, 2 No. steel bollards; and all associated site development works above and below ground.
