Project scope

The proposed development will consist of the following: A) The change of use of the existing ground floor commercial unit (52sqm) to residential use, B) the subdivision of the existing dwelling to create two no. 2 storey 2 bed dwellings (Existing Dwelling Area 95sqm & Proposed Dwelling Area 92 sqm), C) Removal of the existing single storey structure at the rear of the building and for the construction of a single storey extension to the rear of the proposed dwellings (41sqm), D) Alterations to the existing window and door opening sizes and locations in the front and rear elevations, E) Alterations to the existing front and rear boundary walls including proposed pedestrian entrances at the front and rear of the property and for a new boundary wall between the dwellings, F) All works associated with new and existing connections to services below ground and associated hard and soft landscaping.
