Project scope

Permission for (1) Proposed construction of 9 no. new dwellings comprising 4 no. 1 bed apartments, 2 no. 2 bed apartments and 3 no. 2 bed houses with maximum building height of 2 storeys, all with private open space provided by balconies or ground floor terraces/ gardens; (2) Reinstatement of 1m high southwest boundary wall to No. 21 Dunlocha Cottages; (3) Demolition of north boundary wall of site to Chestnut Close; (4) Proposed new vehicle and pedestrian access on Chestnut Close; (5) Proposed communal open amenity space, car parking and bicycle storage; (6) All other site services and ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
