applying for, 1. planning permission for demolition of the existing 3 no. domestic outbuildings, 2. permission for retention of the existing first floor sunroom of the existing dwelling house, the existing garage and the existing car port, 3. permission to modify the design of the existing first floor sunroom, 4. permission for change of use of the utility room and home office to a kitchen area, 5. permission to raise the roof level of the existing utility room and home office area, 6. permission to construct an extension at first floor level to the existing dwelling house to incorporate a bedroom and ensuite, with alterations and all associated site and ancillary works
