Change of use of existing two-storey premises comprising former part commercial shop unit, part residence known as ‘Mulligans Shop’ together with the provision of an extensions over and to the rear of same to provide 1 no. 2 bedroom and 4 no. 1 bedroom apartments and 2. Change of use of existing two-storey building formerly used as storage space in connection with ‘Mulligans Shop’ together with the provision of extensions over and to the rear same to provide 1 no. 2 bedroom apartment and 1 no. 1 bedroom apartment together with all ancillary site development works.
