Project scope

for development works consisting of the following: Alterations to the existing dwelling, to include; Removal of the existing back door on the north-east elevation. Amendments to window openings on the north-west and south-west elevations. Replacement of the existing flat roof with a pitched roof to the rear two-storey section of the dwelling. Removal of two chimneys and internal reconfiguration of the dwelling. Removal of external dash finish from original dwelling to expose the original natural stonework. Demolition of derelict existing attached outbuildings located to the south-west of the existing dwelling and the proposed construction of a new single-storey extension comprising of a kitchen/dining/living area, rear hall, boot room, shower room, utility room, and pantry. Installation of a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area, connection to existing services, and all associated site works
