Project scope

for amendments to the previously approved planning application (Reference 21/405) to include the following: 1) Increase in floor area of the proposed development, which includes minor alterations to the footprint of the extension. 2) Associated elevational changes to the extension. 3) Adjustment to the site layout plan to include a new vehicular entrance for the proposed extension from the existing IDA Business and Technology park service road, including street lighting, boundary treatments, and footpath connectivity, along with alterations to carparking layout. 4) Construction of a new standalone bin-store and bicycle storage building. 5) PV panels to be constructed on the roof of the extension. 6) All associated ancillary site development works
