Change of use and conversion

Project scope

for alterations to existing dwelling house and garage, previously granted under 06/2212, to include; (A) On dwelling house, (i) relocation of 2 no. dormer windows on front elevation, (ii) change of finish of house and garage to smooth plaster finish, (iii) removal of arches at front door, (iv) removal of coin stones from center sections of front projections, (v) French door fitted to left side elevation, (vi) French doors removed from right side elevation, (vii) changes to number, size and location of rooflights to rear, (viii) change from a window to a door on ground floor bedroom on rear elevation, (ix) bathroom window relocated closer to the ensuite window at rear, (x) window adjacent to back door removed. (B) On Garage (i) change of use of the garage to - 1. At ground floor level; playroom, gym, and shower room, and 2. Addition of first floor store with access staircase, (ii) addition of window to first floor store to rear, (iii) addition of window to right side elevation, (iv) increase of roof pitch (v) removal of garage door from front elevation, (vi) with increased soffit depth. (C) With connection to existing services, and all associated site works
